  • Welcomes and receives customers, suppliers, and visitors
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and faxes
  • Responsible for processing business cards for employees
  • Activating access cards in coordination with IT&T
  • Keep internal and external phone lists current
  • Supports office based staff
  • Supports the HR team in the arrangement and interview process
  • Responsible for daily post distribution and liaising with courier company
  • Focal point for Travel and logistics arrangements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-2 years experience in administration
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Cross functional team work
  • Problem solving skills
  • Self-starter and willing to take new initiatives
  • Time management and prioritization skills
